Stop Using Comic Sans · Helles Lager

A few months back our friends at NY Hop Guild offered us some exciting new French & German hops including Petit Blanc, which is featured here. Petit Blanc provides melon & delicate fruity notes along with more traditional noble hop characteristics: herbal, peppery & floral. Brewed with floor malted pilsner, malted wheat and a small amount of caramel malt. Naturally carbonated & lagered for 6 weeks. 6% ABV
